My knees and ankles click regularly when walking. I’m only 27 but have played alot of football throughout my life and have suffered a few ligament issues but nothing too serious just strains.
I’m in absoultly no pain and don’t even feel it, just hear it, and I comfortably maintain an active life style playing football.
Occurs mostly after sitting for a length of time as I work a desk job.
Just wondering what’s causing this and if it is an early sign that I may want to seek further advice
