Is Masters degree needed?

Hi all, I am PT from eastern europe where there is non of masters degree at all or any kind of postgraduate studies after bachelor’s degree.

I have finished a lot of courses in manual therapy, rehab, high performance rehab etc.

I few years I plan to move to western europe. I do not know which particular country for now. I heard something that there is new law in EU that PT has to have masters degree to be able to perform manual therapy and rehab. Is it true? Bachelors degree and respected courses like Kaltenborn, Cyriax or Maitland are not enough?
