Does significant difference really matter in length of hospital stay measures? Surely any reduction in hospital length of stay is beneficial (especially in the UK) so when looking at the findings of a study comparing length of stay between a treatment and control group the treatment effect matters more?
Just want to clarify my understanding of this I’m just a student at the moment so may be a bit of a stupid question to some of you. Any help or guidance to other research papers on this greatly appreciated.
