I stacked my push bike and sustained an injury to the inside of my right knee.
I hate knee injuries they take ages to heal and not being able to walk is a pain.
I think it could be my MCL but I’m not sure it could just be bruising on the knee cap/soft tissue.
When would you recommend I can start doing weights again? I’ve started walking more and after 3-4 days have been riding my bike again but I am taking it very easy and been using lower gears as I don’t want to strain the injury too much.
